It doesn't matter if you're going to be playing with these hoods now or not, it's best to have all the clean ones now because if you create a new hood in the future and forget that you've not used the clean ones then you're going to have corruption in it. Then travel to university and see if you can see the changes you´ve made. But as I said, I´m not 100% sure, because you travel the in game-way when you go to university and not through Traveler-Mod.
