WebThe General Federation of Women's Clubs ( GFWC ), founded in 1890 during the Progressive Movement, is a federation of over 3,000 women's clubs in the United States which promote civic improvements through volunteer service. WebGFWC Pennsylvania clubwomen are encouraged to showcase their club’s activities by submitting a record or report that summarizes the projects and programs that have been undertaken during the previous calendar year. Club reports are submitted annually.
