WebOne of the CMS directions (either CMS left or up, can't remember which one) runs the program that's selected on the countermeasures dial, and the other one runs program 6. If you want to have it release only chaff or flares, you'll have to program them that way. afaik you can't dispense more than one program with the CMS.
